Het geluidssysteem is hier de hoofdact. Zodra de avonddienst begint, staat het zo hard dat de grill achter het pand bijna bijzaak wordt. Plastic stoelen, geen fratsen, een menu gemaakt voor een tafel van vier of meer die alles deelt.
Dit is geen cruisedag-stop zoals de zaken bij Pointe Seraphine. De meeste avonden zijn het locals uit Castries die neerploffen voor een informeel diner en een paar rondjes dicht bij huis.
