Lamskoteletjes van de houtgestookte grill, vlak bij het vliegveld

Land in Vieux Fort en binnen een uur zit je lamskoteletjes te eten van de houtgestookte grill. The Blackbird ligt in Beanfield, recht tegenover Hewanorra International Airport, en de curry goat stoofpot verschijnt bijna elk weekend op het specialsbord.

De eerste zondag van de maand is het Drunch: bakes met saltfish naast het gewone dinermenu. De keuken is dinsdag dicht, dus boek van tevoren via mail of telefoon.
