Het eerste restaurant van de Frantzén Group in Spanje.

Brasserie Astoria opende op 26 mei 2025 in Nueva Andalucía, in het pand waar vroeger Restaurante Dorsia zat, vlak bij Aloha Gardens. Het wordt gerund door de Frantzén Group, bekend van restaurants met drie Michelinsterren elders.

De eetzaal heeft 234 zitplaatsen en is ingericht in 19e-eeuwse Europese stijl, terwijl de keuken zich richt op mediterrane ingrediënten. Het personeel maakt verschillende gerechten aan tafel af. Er is een bar binnen en een buiten.
