16 plekken, één omakase-bar, binnen Puente Romano

Andrés Médici en Ivana Boeri verhuisden hun sushiplek van het centrum van Marbella naar het Puente Romano-resort op 1 april 2025, met hetzelfde team aan het mes.

De verhuizing bracht een omakase-bar met 16 plekken, plus een apart restaurant voor wie liever à la carte bestelt.

Goed om te weten

• Book the counter seats at least two weeks in advance.
• The 16-course omakase menu is priced at 150 euros per person.
• Ask for the bluefin tuna nigiri if it is on the daily rotation.
