El menú va de platos tradicionales azerbaiyanos a repostería italiana y postres franceses, una mezcla poco común para un hotel de este tamaño. Tiene capacidad para 160 comensales, el desayuno viene incluido en la mayoría de las tarifas, y la cena está abierta también a quienes no se alojan ahí.
