La nouvelle cuisine du chef d'Estimar sur la côte de Migjorn

Hannah Formentera a ouvert le 1er janvier 2025, un hôtel de 18 chambres et restaurant dirigé par Víctor Agudo et Óscar Romero. Alberto Pacheco est aux fourneaux, après avoir travaillé chez Estimar, à Barcelone.

La carte tourne autour des produits de la mer méditerranéens. Petit déjeuner et déjeuner sont servis, et les clients restent souvent tout l'après-midi.

Bon à savoir

• Ask for the daily catch of the day when you sit down.
• Book a table at least three weeks in advance if you want a spot near the water.
• Expect to pay around 80 euros per person for a full lunch with wine.
