On n'arrive pas au Gabala Cafe à pied, on y monte en téléphérique. Celui du Tufandag grimpe 1 600 mètres depuis la vallée, et la terrasse au sommet est la vraie raison d'y aller. Thé au samovar et pâtisseries composent l'offre, pas de carte complète.
Il ferme à 17h, plus tôt que la plupart des adresses en ville. À voir comme une pause entre deux descentes à ski ou une randonnée, pas comme un dîner.
