El Ouverture runs one counter for coffee, cake, mini burgers, juice, tea and pastries, on Place Philippe in the old town. The Baba Ahmed family runs it.
Béjaïa's food and lifestyle accounts keep coming back to film it, several more than once, drawn by the terrace looking out on the square as much as the menu itself.
