Claim your spot

Someone else may have put your venue on Novovibe. Our editors and readers spot new places constantly, so a listing can go live long before you have heard of us. Claiming it hands you the keys: the description, the photos, the contact details and the opening date all become yours to manage.

How do you claim your spot?

1. Claim your spot through Instagram

The quickest route, and chances are we already found your Instagram and linked it to your listing. Send a DM to @novovi.be with the email address you want to sign in with. We verify it and connect it to your account within 24 hours.

2. Claim your spot by email

Write to [email protected] from your business domain. That domain has to carry your venue's website, and the address you send from has to belong to it. A personal Gmail or Outlook address says nothing about the business, so we cannot accept those.

3. Claim your spot through the contact form

Fill in the contact form and pick "Claim your spot". Depending on your country we then ask for proof that the business is yours, for example a chamber of commerce number or a document carrying both your name and the venue. This route takes the longest, which is why we would rather you tried Instagram first.

What happens next

All three roads end at the same door. Once you are verified we email you a sign-in link, and from then on you manage your venue yourself at my.novovibe.com.
