Who these terms are with

These terms apply to your use of novovibe.com. The site is run from Breda in the Netherlands, and can be reached at the contact page. Using the site means accepting these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use it.

What Novovibe is

Novovibe is an editorial guide to newly opened places: restaurants, bars, breakfast and brunch places, shops, cultural venues and hotels. Entries are added by hand and carry a dated opening. The site is information, not a booking platform, a review platform or an agent for any venue on it.

Accuracy

Every entry is checked when it is written, but new places change fast: opening hours shift, menus are replaced, addresses turn out to be wrong and venues close. Nothing on the site is a guarantee that a place is open, or that it is as described. Check with the venue before travelling to it.

Booking requests

Where a place page offers a booking form, the request is passed to that venue. Any reservation is an agreement between you and the venue: it decides whether to accept, confirms the details, and sets its own cancellation and no-show terms. Novovibe is not a party to it, takes no payment and cannot guarantee a table. Change or cancel a booking with the venue.

Listings

Places are chosen editorially. There is no paid placement, no sponsored entry and no fee to be listed, and no venue can buy a position or a description. If you run a place listed here and something is wrong, or you would rather not be listed at all, write to us and we will correct or remove the entry.

What you send us

When you suggest a place, send a photograph or write to us, you confirm that you are entitled to share what you send and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You allow us to publish, edit and translate it as part of the guide, worldwide and without payment. We are not obliged to publish anything, we treat submissions as non-confidential, and a tip does not create an entitlement to a fee or to credit.

Copyright, and reporting an infringement

Photographs on place pages come from the venues' own public accounts; copyright rests with the venue or the photographer, not with Novovibe. If material on the site infringes your rights, write to the contact page with the page address, what the material is, what right you hold and how to reach you. Well-founded notices are acted on promptly, usually by removing the material while we look into it.

Our own material

The written entries, the collected data and the design of the site are ours. You may quote from the site with attribution and a link, as set out on the press page. Systematic copying of the entries or the database (by scraping, bulk export or automated reuse) is not permitted without written agreement.

Links to other sites

The site links to venue websites and social accounts that we do not control and are not responsible for. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement, and the linked site's own terms and privacy policy apply once you follow it.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on information on it, including a visit to a place that turned out to be closed or different from its entry. Nothing here excludes our liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, for death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement.

Newsletter

The newsletter is free and voluntary. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from them, and disputes go to the competent court in the district of Zeeland-West-Brabant. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your own country of residence and may also bring proceedings before the court there.

Changes

These terms change as the site does; the version on this page is the one that applies. Last updated 15 August 2026.
