Sushiro

Constantine Opened 19 July 2025

Sit-down sushi where only delivery boxes existed.

Sushi in Ali Mendjeli used to mean a delivery box from someone's home kitchen. Sushiro opened a sit-down counter across from the university instead, with a menu that runs past maki into wok dishes.

It's open until 11:30pm on weeknights, later than most restaurants nearby. The counter opened on 19 July 2025, right across from the university gate.
