Skip the fried food and rum punch that fills most of the harbour's bars. This marina food court stall runs smoothies, cold-pressed juice, power bowls and vegan mains instead. It's part of a small local chain that started in St. John's and later added a Jolly Harbour spot.

It's an early-morning spot, built for marina staff and early risers rather than the dinner crowd, closing up well before the harbour's bars get going.

When ever I’m in Antigua, this is my go to spot, for breakfast or lunch,service is top notch, food is on point, location is ideal… great place to take friends and family for healthy meal. Love love this place

What can I say about this place, other than 5/5 stars. Food, service, atmosphere all excellent. I had a very low energy, sleepy day with work deadlines that I simply could not postpone. I happen by to get a smoothie. The team having heard all about me being tired etc, recommended their “Energy Boost” made with beets, ginger, apple and carrot. I also got an Açaí Bowl. Let me tell you…it worked! I got recharged and completed all tasks for the day and then some. The team, to include Kia, Jay, Dawne and Alison were excellent! I’ve found my new go to place for good food and drinks!

I got the breakfast burrito, and my girlfriend got the toast egg and cheese scramble. She liked my breakfast burrito better than her toast and I liked her toast egg scramble better than my breakfast burrito. All in all it's very healthy and good. Definitely would come back again
