Seventies decor, serious drinks, loud by midnight

Seba Gullo built Hugo around a 1970s look that stops just short of parody, then backed it with a wine and cocktail list that takes itself more seriously than the wallpaper does.

Weekends get late and loud fast, so come early if you want to talk. It sits at Belgrano 884, right in the Güemes bar strip, making it easy to fold into a longer bar crawl.
