Coffee upstairs where nobody thinks to look
Kofi sits on the second floor of the Museo de la Última Bita, which is not where anyone goes looking for a bakery. Most people never make it past the ground floor.
The windows look out over the port, and it's the quietest café in the centre for one simple reason: nobody knows the stairs go anywhere.

I think this is the best place in USH for breakfast, brunch, or afternoon tea. You feel like you're in Recoleta in the 70s, and everything we tried was either delicious or amazing.

My mornings at this café are some of the best. The service is so personalized and warm from the staff; I feel right at home 💖✨ I love going there to work on my laptop and having the best view ever. The music is soft and calm, which helps me concentrate. You can talk comfortably if you're with someone or need to have a meeting, and they also have a good Wi-Fi signal. The atmosphere is nice and warm, and I personally love being able to enjoy breakfast without having to bundle up—that's fantastic. Speaking of the coffee and pastries, every time I've gone and ordered, everything has been incredibly delicious and fresh. The traditional pastries and the special puff pastry ones are exquisite 🤤 I've already found one of my favorite spots in Ushuaia 💖 Thank you, Kofe team!!

I went for afternoon tea at Kofi Bakery, part of Taberna del Viejo Lobo, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The café is located on the second floor and boasts impeccable pastries made with excellent quality products. I ordered a vanilla-flavored latte and a puff pastry filled with custard and dulce de leche, which was simply exquisite: incredibly fresh and crispy, the kind that melts in your mouth. I arrived around 6:30 pm and the place was quite busy, so I had to wait a few minutes for a table. I finally found a spot by the window, with an incredible view of the Beagle Channel, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. The service from the waitresses was excellent, very friendly and attentive despite the bustle. There's a wide variety of options for afternoon tea or a mid-afternoon snack, and you can also buy things to take away. The place has several floors, which makes it even more interesting to explore. The restaurant is on the top floor, decorated with a very original theme that adds to the overall experience. Without a doubt, a place to enjoy not only for the delicious food, but also for the atmosphere and the view. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to spend a pleasant time. You walk down the main street, take a quaint elevator to the second floor, and the doors open, beginning the experience. There are lovely tables with canal views, and if not, the rest of the dining room offers very comfortable seating. The service is fantastic, incredibly friendly. They have a variety of dishes at affordable prices. I tried the apple cheesecake and the mango lemonade, both of which were delicious and fresh. 10/10.
