Vol.1 pairs a specialty-coffee program built on Guatemalan beans with a kitchen serious enough to stand in for a full lunch, on a stretch of Yeznik Koghbatsi Street increasingly known for its coffee shops. Communal tables and reliable Wi-Fi have also made it one of the city's default coworking cafés.
