All-day diner worth the Forestville detour
Broadsheet called POMPOM one of Adelaide's best new cafes and bakeries this year, and the weekend line backs it up. All-day here really means until three, so don't sleep in.
It sits in a residential pocket south of the parklands with nothing else nearby to justify the trip. This is the reason.

Visited POMPOM for lunch and ordered the Haloumi. Wow! What a delicious meal, the salad ingredients were super fresh, the Haloumi was well grilled and the flavour was insane. Well priced, highly recommend.

Nice selection of food and decent coffee. Good outdoors area under shelter.

Got intro'd to this one as it's a bit of a method to get there, with the construction going on. Great place! The open-ness and vibrancy. It's roomy, but has a cozy feeling at the same time. Service was great, but we were the first ones there it felt. Good food, interesting presentation and concept. Had the vego breakfast.... came out in a wrap.
