Adelaide's newest hotel, with a rooftop restaurant to match

Crystalbrook Sam lands on Halifax Street as the group's first South Australian hotel, a 12-storey, 196-room build with a signature restaurant on level 12 looking over the city's south-east corner. Expect no single-use plastics or paper compendiums, house style, plus a café and bar downstairs, a pool, sauna and gym.

There's also an Eléme Day Spa, the group's first in Adelaide. Halifax Street sits a block off Hutt Street's restaurant strip, a short walk from the East End.

Good to know

• Rooms went bookable from 1 August 2026, ahead of the late-December opening.
• The level 12 restaurant and the Eléme Day Spa (the group's first in Adelaide) are the two things being pitched at non-residents.
