AKOFI took over the Grafton Street shopfront that Lillipad Cafe held for years, right across from Gilligan's. The neighbourhood already knew the address, which makes the switch easy to miss and easy to find.

Specialty coffee and a short food menu, best treated as a morning stop. Grafton Street sits one block west of the Esplanade.

Chips,cheese,pork and gravy is amazing! You don't see that around too many places. The chick who served us was awesome too, still serving us even tho they were closing. Thank you ^^

Excellent cafe! Delicious food and drinks and such friendly and attentive staff! I ordered eggs Benny and they were so sorry that they’d run out of potato roastis so gave me sourdough which was fine - and an extra poached egg! Excellent customer service 🙌🏼 highly recommend 💯 no wonder it’s so highly rated on Google! ✌🏼

The coffee is good, medium roast. The cafe is very clean, air-conditioned with fans. The staff are very friendly and prompt with service.

Very good experience in AKOFI CAFE. Nice service, wonderful meal. The burger is the best I have never tasted before! I bet it's best burger in Australia! You have to try it,If you travel to Cairns.

What a great delicacy, would definitely come back here, especially the FOH staff, so nice to have met her
