Sandwiches until they run out, Mount Hawthorn

Skip the full cafe menu. Earl's does sandwiches and a couple of hot things, made well, sold until they're gone, then that's it for the day.

The Oxford Street strip in Mount Hawthorn is short, but this counter is worth the walk on its own. Get there early. It closes by mid-afternoon and doesn't restock.

This is hands down my favourite breakfast spot in Perth the food and coffee is unbelievable and always consistent! The breakfast burger is unreal! Quality ingredients and decent portions in everything so you’re getting great value. Service is always friendly and quick too I can’t understand these loosers who have posted negative reviews definitely says more about them than this excellent business

Service is phenomenal, my partner ordered a sandwich they’d had before and loved. It was prepared differently to the previous time they’d had it and we were dealing with the autistic reaction to the situation (a little bit of tears over unmet expectations) the Owner(?) came over to check and offered to remake the main aspect of the sandwich so my partner could eat it. So above expectations, the food was absolutely incredible and the atmosphere was so inviting. Definitely coming back!

Thanks for the dirty water long black. Lazy coffee making to dump the hot water in after the espresso. The crema on top is what makes a long black good. SMH. It’s giving Dome.

Earl’s has such a warm, welcoming neighbourhood vibe. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere and a real sense of community. The staff are friendly, the space feels authentic rather than trendy, and you can tell it’s a local favourite. I had the Egg & Cheese Roll and it was delicious—simple, fresh, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Definitely a café I’ll be coming back to. 😍

The best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life! I had the Spicy Salami Fold and my partner had the Hot Beef Hoagie. The chips were delicious as well! This is definitely a must! We will be back! :)
