The croissants come out in two batches, and the second one around ten-thirty is the move if you hate lines. Sourdough loaves and laminated pastry pull a queue out the door on Saturdays at this Percival Road spot, which made Broadsheet's best new bakeries list.
There's nowhere to sit, so grab your bag and walk ten minutes downhill to Camperdown Memorial Rest Park.
