Praqa sits on Heydar Aliyev avenue across from the Solo store, the kind of place you stumble onto walking through town rather than seek out. Prices run lower than the restaurants out on the forest roads, and there's parking right out front.

Locals send visitors here for a plate of kebab or plov, no fuss involved. It's not a destination restaurant, just a reliable stop.
