Scratch-made pastries and a Friday shrimp fried rice special

Cupcakes, cheesecake, cinnamon rolls and turnovers rotate through the case daily, alongside a short breakfast and lunch menu. Friday lunch is the busiest stretch, with shrimp fried rice among the regular specials.

Whisk & Roll opened at RND Plaza on East Mall Drive in February 2025, a small bakery-cafe built around scratch-made pastries and coffee. It's open mornings into early evening, Monday through Saturday.
