Quick bites on the beach that gives the island its name

Quick bites and cold drinks get served straight onto the beach chairs here, open daily from 10am to 5pm. No reservations, no dress code, just walk down from the hotel or off the public beach access.

When Coral Sands finished its renovation in 2024, the resort split its dining across two ends of the property: Pink Mermaid up by the rooms, and this open-air bar down on the sand. It's the easy stop between swims rather than a destination meal.

• Walk-up access from the public beach, not just hotel guests.
