Kirt's sits at the far end of Holetown Beach on the Platinum West Coast, sunbeds for rent and a menu built around Barbadian fish cutters alongside the usual beer and cocktail list. It draws people straight off the sand rather than running as a reservation-only destination.

It's open daily through the afternoon into early evening. The appeal here is squarely the beach, not a chef-driven menu.
