Tabú runs out of what locals call the old After Dark complex, routinely named the priciest spot on the strip by people comparing notes on where to eat in St. Lawrence Gap. The fine-dining room and premium cocktail list back that reputation up rather than trading on the address.
Dinner runs nightly from 5:30pm with last seating at 9:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Reservations go through WhatsApp (826-4100), and the restaurant's car park doubles as parking for a couple of neighboring bars.
