Loaded fries and tacos from the old Ocean 15 complex

Chef Chief Ris runs tacos, loaded fries and a rotating list of specials from a stall setup, out of what locals call the old Ocean 15 complex, now BLR Beach Resort in Dover Gardens. It's built a following through Instagram and Facebook video, spreading by word of mouth and reels.

Hours run Tuesday to Thursday noon to 7pm and Friday to Saturday noon to 9pm, closed Monday. Delivery through Fooddrop covers anyone not walking distance from Dover Gardens.
