Sharing plates and a full dinner menu, all a short walk from the Markt. La Bodega'z mixes classic dishes with tapas built for the table, plus a bar that keeps pouring wine and cocktails into the evening.

Ekrem Zurel and Imane Azouikha wanted to open in Bruges first, but nothing turned up there. Damme's Kerkstraat got the better deal.

Nice, cozy little place. Had delicious scampi in garlic butter. The Fish & Chips were also delicious. Everything was super tasty. Nice owner. Definitely recommended. Just ate there again for the second time. Mmmm, so tasty. Also try the shrimp croquette. Yummyyyy!!

We had a fantastic experience here today. The tapas platters and wine we had were delicious! Ideal location sitting outside in the sun, while the interior is gorgeous with a real cocktail bar vibe. What really stood out was the fantastic service – the owners made us feel genuinely welcome and warm with charm. We’ll definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!

My family of five (kids 11, 15 and 18) stumbled upon this restaurant after biking from Brugge to Damme and needing lunch. Damme actually has a lot of options for lunch but we are so happy we ended up here! The owner and his wife do it all themselves and the service and food quality was some of the best we had across Brugge/Ghent/Damme over the four days we visited the area. The Flemish beef stew was our favorite across all the restaurants where we had it during our trip! Definitely try this!
