A gift concept store back from the dead, now in Lier

Jacob's Conceptstore collapsed into bankruptcy in May 2024, closing overnight and giving local designers just 48 hours to grab their unsold stock. Two Antwerp entrepreneurs, Shana and Joanna, bought the concept and relaunched it the same year.

The format survived intact: one shared roof, dozens of local makers selling gifts, homeware and small original pieces under it. The Lier shop on Antwerpsestraat is the brand's first ever spot in town, opened within months of the collapse.

A huge store with lots of lovely things. It should have been open in December. We could have found lots of great gifts for under the Christmas tree here!
