Coffee and homemade pastries at the foot of the belfry

Gusto opened on the Grand-Place on 9 February 2025, in the space that used to be Milypat, run by Michaël Alati and Olivier Duhayon.

Michaël trained as a barista and spent three years of evening classes earning a pastry-bakery diploma. That combination runs the place: coffee, homemade pastries and a lunch menu, in a room the two of them gutted and rebuilt from scratch.

It was a great experience and the ice creams were big and delicious and the waiter forgot my command so put extra cookies on my ice cream
