Air-conditioned margaritas and Tex-Mex at the Beach Club

Agave is the cooled indoor half of the Placencia Beach Club, serving margaritas and a Tex-Mex menu of fajitas and street tacos apart from the open-air pool bar next door. Heather and Shane Kenny run the club as a day-pass operation, pool and loungers included.

It reopened in November 2025 as part of the club's renovation, and it tends to fill up around sunset as day guests settle up. Hours run nightly from 4pm, closed Wednesdays.
