Bolivian-bean coffee, grabbed on the walk across the plaza

Cofi already had a following in La Paz and Santa Cruz before it planted a kiosk right on Plaza 14 de Septiembre, wedged between Esteban Arze and Sucre streets. All the beans are Bolivian, the format is strictly grab-and-go.

There's no seating here, this is a stand for people already cutting through the plaza. It works better as the coffee stop before a meeting than a destination on its own. A second kiosk near Parque Fidel Anze followed, but the plaza spot is the one that put Cofi on the map in Cochabamba.
