Bus station bakery-café famous for one spinach pie

Right by the bus station at Av. 16 de Julio and 6 de Agosto, Pit Stop is where you end up before or after the ride to La Paz, planned or not. The spinach and cheese pie is the thing to order, and the empanadas come out freshly baked, not reheated, easy to check given how close the ovens sit to the ticket counters.

It's tiny, more coffee shop than restaurant. Come back twice and the staff will remember your order.
