Bule 35 sits on Pasaje Boulevard between Bolívar and Matos, right in the middle of downtown's busiest strip of cafés. Some call it a café, others a resto-bar. It just shifts with the hour, day into evening.

The quality-price ratio wasn't good for me. I ordered a double burger that looked great but was bland, and the lemonade was lukewarm and sugar-free. The atmosphere was lovely and the service excellent, but I wouldn't return because of the food.
