Four kitchens under one roof at Mall of Maun, from burgers to fish and chips.

Fours Central opened at Mall of Maun on 4 December 2025. Four kitchens share one name: Under Fire Beef for burgers, Tlhano's, Pescada's for seafood and Foursure for pies. It's the food court format from the Fours Cash & Carry group, which has been expanding across Botswana store by store. Maun got one of its first dedicated dining concepts.

Doors open at 11am and close at 10pm daily, later than most sit-down spots in town. That fills a gap: somewhere to eat after a long safari drive, once the kitchens at Marc's or Dusty Donkey have shut for the night.
