Open-fire parrilla facing the Serra da Moeda

Everything at Pastus comes off the open flame, and the dining room lines up straight at the Serra da Moeda. Portuguese chef Cristóvão Laruça runs the grill inside the BH Outlet on the BR-356.

The view does most of the work at sunset, so book for that hour. You will need a car to get here.
