Bright brunch room on Jasper Avenue from the Cask and Barrel team

Skip the dim pub look. Solar goes the other way with a bright, modern room from the operators behind Cask and Barrel and Rocky Mountain Icehouse, built for breakfast and lunch instead of another dinner service.

The menu mixes classic brunch plates with a handful of dishes made for sharing. It landed on Jasper Avenue at 103 Street, right in the middle of a stretch that's picked up several new openings within weeks of each other.
