Come for a plate of something sharable, stay because the room's still going past midnight on weekends. EMRLD dresses up more than most new openings bother with, and it plays double duty as restaurant and cocktail lounge depending on when you walk in.

The menu mixes shareable plates with heavier mains, built for a night that starts with dinner and doesn't have to stop there. It filled a space on Jasper Avenue that had sat empty for a while.

came last friday and everything was honestly great! the food was really tasty and well priced, i would 100% come back. our server was also amazing, super nice (i forgot her name but she's blonde and has beautiful green blueish eyes). i will be telling all my friends about this new gem.

What a great experience!! My friend and I stoped in before a concert for some food and drinks. Sue our server was spectacular!! So bubbly and really enhanced our experience! She helped with drink suggestions and was able to get the bartenders to make special non-alcoholic requests of mine with ease. The vibe in here was so lovely. So pretty, felt expensive & grounded at the same time. Food & drink prices reflect their quality, and truly aren’t any more than anywhere else. High quality service! LOVE

Absolutely beautiful spot for lunch and cocktails! I'm sure their dinner will be great when I come back. Highly recommend the spicy rigatoni dish! Also side note, they have the cutest bathrooms.

Absolutely Top Notch! A New Edmonton Gem We checked out Emerald recently, and it completely blew us away. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere hits you—the interior design is stunning, and the amount of hard work and detail they put into the lighting is incredible. I haven't seen anything like it in any other restaurant around here; it creates the perfect upscale vibe. The drinks and food were exceptional. From the bar menu, I ordered the Coco Verde cocktail. It was hitting the notes perfectly—refreshing, beautifully balanced, and expertly crafted. For dinner, I ordered the Herb and Sesame Crusted Salmon. It was perfectly cooked—nice, flaky, and tender right through the center—and it complemented the creamy edamame mashed potatoes and smooth miso-ginger Florentine sauce beautifully. My friend ordered the Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos, packed with a crisp coleslaw and a rich avocado crema, and they were absolutely top notch. If you are planning a big party, a corporate event, or any kind of special celebration, this place is a must-go. Incredible food, a fantastic cocktail lineup, and an unmatched setting. We will definitely be back
