Visited with my mom and my wife. Very convenient location. Loved having a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very secure building and convenient access. The host was very responsive to email and held our luggage for use in the last day. So much good food close by.

We loved our stay at Keefer House. It was like staying in a furnished apartment with extra services. No cleaning services like you would have in a hotel, but you get towels and soap/shampoo, etc and can get more towels and other necessities if needed. We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer, as well as two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The space was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. We checked out early our last day to head to Granville and they had someone available on a holiday to hold our bags for the day (thanks, Natalia!). Very central location! We walked around Chinatown, to BC Place and the area around it, to Gastown, and we were walking distance to the train station. Check out Keefer Bar next door, GREAT bar.

Great modern luxury apartment with all the facilities. Super clean and everything worked perfectly. Like a home away from home. The location is great for walking into the central area and if you like Asian food there are a lot of places nearby too. The surrounding streets are sketchy with a lot of homeless people around but although not nice to see they didn’t cause us any bother and the security outside in the evenings was reassuring. The team was very responsive and helpful with everything. Highly recommended for a stay in Vancouver!

Enjoyed our stay and exceeded our expectations. Appreciate the complimentary early check in and prompt customer service. Modern vibes and complete necessities were provided. Room was very clean and spacious. Just walking distance from lots of places which made our trip much more fun. This place would definitely be our go to next time we’re back in the area. I've been to Vancouver quite a bit but I've never stayed in a hotel apartment before and it was awesome. The place has a/c; which a lot air bob's do not have in Vancouver. Online Checkin Checkout was a breeze. It has a washer/ dryer. full kitchen. The layout was very well done. The Kingbed was comfortable although the pull out sofa for my son was bit hard on his back but the price was right. I would get a throw away camping foam to supplement it and there was only blanket but he used the thick plus robes as a second layer. The location was perfect a block from Chinatown. We are avid walkers, it's nothing to walk 10-20 km in a day so we went everywhere on foot, even Granville Island and Stanely Park. It is close to lots of restaurants. You can stay her for a night, a day, a week a month. We plan on coming for longer and longer stays, so it is on the top of our list for the next stay. They even have rooftop parties for guests but we were too tired from walking. We did check out the gym, very new, very modern equipment, although no windows. Im a weightlifter but this was a go-go walking trip. I only have very good things to say about Keefer House and would recommend it to my immediate family or friends for a stay.
