Provisions
★ 4.5 · 600 reviews Whistler Opened 19 January 2024
Toptable's all-day café, coffee and pastries from 7.30am
Pastries come out of the oven right there, and the coffee runs alongside breakfast sandwiches early. Salads and bowls take over once the day gets going. Provisions is the all-day café in Village Square from Toptable, the group behind Araxi and Bar Oso.
Open 7.30am to 5pm daily, which covers both first lifts and après. A Kitsilano sibling opened in Vancouver in May 2025, proof the format travels.

Great lunch and breakfast here. Easy to order and they brought the food over to our table which was nice. Can get very busy but it’s worth the wait! We ate in at lunchtime but took away for breakfast.

Provisions is the best! Somehow we ended up here every lunch on our trip, excited to try what else the menu had to offer. Even forgot to take a picture of the third day! Great spot

You need to get the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich! The most stand-out meal we had in all of Whistler. The atmosphere is cozy and staff are friendly. The coffee was delicious. We visited here twice on our trip. The best breakfast spot in Whistler.

I finally had a really delicious latte after a long time. The milk foam was just the way I like it, and the coffee itself tasted great. The cheddar scone was a bit too salty for my taste, which was a little disappointing. The seating is quite close together and it can get busy, but the atmosphere was still really nice😀

Provisions was one of the recommended places to eat in Whistler that we found during our search, and we also found it in the Whistler magazine. After reviewing the menus of all the suggested restaurants, we unanimously decided to go to Provisions. As tourists, we appreciated their menu, which featured familiar items at prices that were more affordable than those at other places we considered. The meals were also lighter, which suited us well, and it was conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from The Crystal Lodge. All the staff members were friendly, and the restaurant itself appeared clean and modern. I particularly loved the combination of wood and marble in the decor. There were interesting displays too, like the bookshelf behind the coffee machine and a sign by the water dispenser indicating that it is a laptop-free cafeteria. With limited tables available, this policy likely helps ensure a quick turnover and fosters a sense of community. Although I don’t remember exactly what I ordered, I do have a picture of it. The sandwich I had was amazing, and the matcha latte was great too! 🫶🏼 My friends also enjoyed their food and drinks. Just a note: the food is delivered to your table, while drinks must be picked up from the bar by the coffee machine. For the prices, please refer to the photo of the menu that I uploaded.
