Skip the rum for once. Cask is the island's only dedicated whisky bar, a deep list of rare bottles that stands out on an island where rum and tequila run the menus everywhere else. The cocktails hold their own too, and the food is built to pair with your pour, not fill a plate.

It stays open past midnight Thursday through Saturday, later than most of Camana Bay. During Cayman Art Week, local artists show alongside the bar's own events.
