Modern Greek, cooked entirely over fire

Everything at Poly runs through the grill, from the flatbreads to the seafood, in the old Porto Ydra space on Makariou Avenue. The room kept that easy layout rather than a full redesign, so it still feels unfussy for what's on the plate.

Hours stretch from lunch into late dinner, and a weekend breakfast buffet showed up soon after opening. Wine leans Greek, and prices sit closer to a neighborhood spot than the ambition of the menu suggests.

Weekend buffet breakfast/brunch just opened at Poly. Kids eat for free, adults are at €40 per person, glass of prosecco included. Good quality food.

A very cozy place with an above than expected service and quality of food. It’s an open kitchen restaurant but the main focus are guests themselves and the personnel is trained and happy to deliver. The presentation of the dishes was extraordinary. It felt like in a set menu restaurant. Very special! Thank you!

Excellent food and service! Walked in to smiling faces and friendly restaurant staff and we were seated promptly. We ordered 4 appetizers and the strip loin as the main course and were very satisfied! The appetizers are perfect for one person but since we were 4 adults, we ordered 4 appetizers and it was perfect. The best part is that they have a small play area for young children, so, our kids kept busy with the toys while the adults ate. Perfect place with great music and ambiance!

A truly wonderful concept, something unique and very modern, while still maintaining classic elements. A perfect addition to Cyprus’ culinary scene and definitely one of the nicest places I have visited. The food is excellent, with a varied and very well-curated menu that clearly shows attention to detail. It strongly reminded me of the Greek dining culture, which is where I come from, and I absolutely loved it!!!
