Small plates and easy-drinking wine on Musicon's main strip

Rabælle ApS was registered on 20 August 2025, and the kitchen and bar opened soon after in one of the retail units along Rabalderstræde, the street running through Musicon. Musicon used to be Roskilde's concrete-industry site; it's now the city's arts and music quarter, with the Ragnarock rock museum a short walk away.

The food comes in small dishes and snacks, Italian, French and Spanish in feel, meant to be ordered a few at a time rather than as a single plate each. Wine, beer or something soft goes alongside, and the pace stays casual, closer to grazing than a sit-down dinner.
