Mexican rooftop tacos and nachos above Calle Montalvo
The artisanal nachos are the reason to go, not the standard bar menu you'd expect from another rooftop. Cedro pairs them with tacos and signature cocktails on a terrace that's fast become part of Baños' sunset routine.
It's late to a packed party. Crater, Azotea 740, Ambrosía and Luna Bar Rooftop all pull the same crowd within a few blocks, so go for the view, stay for the nachos.

This was one of the best meals we had in Banos, great food and great views. Especially after a busy day of activities. In fact it was so good we came back twice! 100% recommend while in Banos.

Cool place for dinner &/or a drink. Nice view of the city and an option to go up to the mirador. The food was good and reasonably priced and they offered great service.

Super good authentic Mexican food in the middle of Ecuador! I eat a lot of Mexican food back home and this was legit. I ordered the birria tacos and mexican horchata. All the flavors were top notch and with large portion sizes. Highly recommend!

Ate dinner at Cedro Rooftop at sunset. Great, Delicous & Fresh food with an amazing view of the city. Very economical in price and everything was cooked fresh to order.
