Bolón and matcha steps into downtown Riobamba

Skip the espresso-only spots on García Moreno and go where the menu actually has range. Framé pairs bolón and waffles with matcha and coffee, more full café than quick counter, a short walk from the main square.

It's new to a stretch that already had its share of older cafés, and it runs 8am to 9pm daily. Good for breakfast, better for lingering over lunch.
