Dahab's first real cocktail bar, and it shows.

Dahab has never lacked for beer and shisha. What it lacked, until 2025, was a bar where someone behind the counter actually knows how to build a drink. Drift opened on Blue Hole Rd with bartenders who shake and stir with intent, and a bar program that skips the single-supplier shortcut most places in town use for their syrups and mixers.

The room matches the drinks: it doesn't look like it was decorated decades ago and then never touched again, which is more than you can say for half the bars on the strip. Early Google reviews already have it at 4.9, and at $$$ it's priced like it knows it's the only serious option in town.
