Price tags on real Egyptian craft, right on the souk street
No haggling required. Pr-Ba sits on Bazar Street steps from Luxor Temple, and every piece inside carries an actual price tag, a rare thing among the stalls on either side.
Everything is Egyptian and handmade: Malaika linens, Terranera ceramics thrown and glazed in Esna, textiles and smaller pieces from workshops around the country. The money goes to the makers, not to importers selling resin copies.
Good to know
- Prices are marked and fixed, which on Bazar Street is the whole point.
- The Terranera ceramics are made in Esna, an hour south, the sister shop there is in the old Al-Qisariyya market and worth the detour.

Lovely shop - popped in randomly to escape the hustle of the main market and it was great. Items were fairly priced and of good quality. The lady running the shop wasn’t pushy at all - highly recommend for some nice products and a bit of a break from tourist traps

Beautiful, Egyptian made products which make a change from the tacky "Egyptian" souvenirs. High quality and fixed prices. If you are in Esna please visit the sister store, it's equally delightful.
