Cacio e Pepe sits on Naser Mohamed Alkharafi Street in downtown Marsa Alam, away from the resort strips and the Port Ghalib marina crowd. The name suggests a single pasta dish, but the menu leans into Italian classics and steak, and the building stands out, white and modern against the desert road around it.

It's smaller than the Port Ghalib restaurants and hasn't built up much of a review history yet, but it occasionally puts on live performances and dance nights that pull in a crowd beyond the usual dinner service.
