The bar behind Gondar's wildest Timket street party.

Every January this bar spills out of its own walls. During Timket, the Ethiopian Epiphany, Cyclone Lounge throws a street festival that pulls crowds through the surrounding blocks. Most of what circulates online about the place is footage from those nights.

The rest of the year it runs as a straight-up Piassa bar, central enough to catch the overflow from nearby restaurants. Reviewers rate it high. Time a visit for January if you can.
