The neighborhood coffee stop the crowds miss

Skip the canal-front queues and duck one street back to Mariette, where Replica Roasters beans and homemade pastries pull in locals instead of tourists. The lunch formula is short by design, no full kitchen, just enough to get you through midday.

Hours run uneven on purpose. Closed Wednesday and Thursday, open the rest of the week from around 8am, which only adds to the neighborhood feel.
