Glass walls built around the Mtkvari river view, upscale dining in Gori
The river view comes first here. Erisoni's glass walls were clearly built around it, and the terrace carries the place all summer, looking straight over the Mtkvari.
Inside, several dining rooms share a menu that runs from Ossetian khachapuri, a regional variant most visitors never get offered, to grilled meats and river fish, with more polish than Gori's older restaurants usually attempt. It's already a default pick for weddings and family celebrations around town.

Had one of the best meals in Georgia here - very tasty - and the staff are helpful too. They can speak English and are very welcoming

I visited Erisoni twice during the same week and had two very different experiences. On my first visit, when the restaurant was not busy, the service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The khinkali and Meat board were especially delicious. My second visit on a busy Thursday was much less enjoyable. We waited about 1.5 hours for just 8 khinkali, while guests who arrived after us were served first. We also ordered Ostri and specifically asked for it to be spicy, but were served veal stew instead. When we pointed this out, the waiter insisted they were the same dish, which they are not. What disappointed me most was that after such a long wait and being served the wrong dish, we received neither an apology nor any gesture to make up for the inconvenience. The atmosphere is nice and much of the food is very good, but when the restaurant is crowded, the service quality drops significantly. Unfortunately, it felt like regular customers received much more attention than other guests.

Came here for dinner. Food was great. Pretty much everything we ordered was great (Khachapuri, Lobiani was meh. Most likely the baked stuff needs improvement). Khinkali is decent, a bit large in size for my taste, but still tasted great. Veal BBQ excellent. Georgian salad awesome. Fish great. Cutlets were the best I have ever had since my grandma passed (and that was a long time ago). Venue spacious, clean, modern. The only thing I disliked was the choice of music, but that can be edited on the spot, with proper instructions and good will. Staff was lovely, friendly and nice! Overall, approved by me! By far, top place to eat in Gori 😀👌

Erisoni Restaurant in Gori is truly highly recommended. The food is always perfect, very delicious, and exactly how it should be. And I say this as a very picky eater, so good quality really matters to me. The location is also excellent: there are plenty of parking spaces, and the restaurant is situated in a very quiet area. Especially in summer, it is beautiful to sit outside, enjoy the view of the Mtkvari River, and have a delicious meal. Yes, it is often very busy, especially in the evenings, but despite that, the staff still manage to serve all guests very well. Thank you for that. I always enjoy coming back.

The restaurant was full with locals, which is good reference. Katleti was very nice. I had also some pickles and intestines. The desert was okish. Reasible prices, very nice location next to the river.
